A charge apparatus and a method thereof, and a mobile communication terminal using the same are provided to obtain a full charging time of a battery by compensating an error voltage value generated when the battery is charged. In a charge apparatus, a power input part(10) is selectively connected to a battery(20). A voltage extracting part(30) extracts a voltage outputted from the power input part(10). A storing part(40) stores a third voltage which is a difference of a second voltage extracted from the voltage extracting part(30) when inputting a first voltage in a state that the battery(20) is not connected to the power input part(10), and a full charge condition voltage of the battery(20). A power managing part(50) finishes charging of the battery(20) in case that a fourth voltage is more than the full charge condition voltage by comparing the full charge condition voltage and a voltage obtained by adding the third voltage stored in the storing part(40) to the fourth voltage extracted from the voltage extracting part(30).
