A speckle removing device using an RPCGH(Random Phase Computer Generated Hologram) is provided to reduce hot spot speckles in an incoherence state with a laser beam by disposing the RPCGH installed in the rear side of a second transmission lens, at the Fourier transform position. A speckle removing device using an RPCGH(7) is composed of a laser beam expanding unit(2) expanding color laser beams emitted from RGB(Red,Green,Blue) laser light sources(1); an MD(Micro Display) panel installed in the laser beam expanding unit; plural first and second transmission lenses(4,5) arranged adjacently to each other to collect and irradiate the laser beams emitted through the laser beam expanding unit; the RPCGH installed in the rear side of the second transmission lens; and a projection lens(8) receiving an image having passed through the RPCGH through a third transmission lens(6) and expanding and projecting the image on a screen(9).
