A locking device of a door outside handle for a vehicle is provided to prevent the opening of a handle and a door due to external impact by installing a push button pressed by hands at the handle and a locker releasing a locked state of the handle at the push button. In a door outside handle for a vehicle comprising a base(52) installed in a door, a handle(51) of which one side is combined to the base by a hinge, having a protruding part(53) protruded toward the inside of the door, and an operating lever installed by the hinge to be rotated by the protruding part and operating a door latch assembly, a locking device is composed of a protrusion(2) formed at the base and protruded around the inner periphery of a through-hole(1) through which the protruding part of the handle passes; an insertion hole(3) horizontally perforated in the middle of the protruding part; a locker(5) fitted into the insertion hole and supported by springs(4,10) to be locked to the protrusion; and a release unit for preventing the locker from being caught by the protrusion in pulling the handle.
