A call connection service method during mutual call-origination is provided to prohibit the first caller from sending a call to the second caller during mutual call-origination, so that the second caller only can call the first caller, thereby easily connecting the call between the first and second callers. The first mobile terminal(10) demands a call connection to the second mobile terminal(20)(S201a-S204a). The second MSC(Mobile Switching Center)(22) checks whether the second mobile terminal(20) is in communicable state(S204b-S205b). If so, the first MSC(12) inquires of the first HLR(Home Location Register)(13) whether mutual call-origination between the first and second terminals(10,20) occurs(S205a-S207a). The first HLR(13) demands the current call record of the second terminal(20) to the second HLR(23) to check whether a call connection request terminal of the second terminal(20) is the first terminal(10), and decides on the mutual call-origination(S207b,S208a). If so, the first HLR(13) transmits a short message indicative of the mutual call-origination to the first terminal(10)(S208b-S212a). One of the first and second HLRs(13,23) sends an origination lock message to one of the terminals(10,20) to lock origination of the corresponding terminal(S212b-S215).
