摘要 An inkjet print head and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to diffuse heat generated from a heater after ejection of ink through a heat diffusion layer of a metal with excellent thermal conductivity to a substrate. An inkjet print head includes a substrate(100) having an ink chamber(106) filled with ink to be ejected and formed in the upper side, an ink feed hole(102) formed in the lower side to feed the ink to the ink chamber, and a restrictor(105) formed between the ink chamber and the ink feed hole to connect the ink chamber to the ink feed hole, protection layers(111,114) formed on the substrate, a conductor formed between the protection layers to apply current to a heater(112) positioned upper the ink chamber, a heat transfer layer(115) formed on the protection layers, and an epoxy nozzle layer(116) formed to cover the protection layers and the heat transfer layer and having a nozzle(117) connected to the ink chamber. The protection layers have thermal plugs(118a) penetrating to expose the upper side of the substrate, and the heat transfer layer contacts the upper side of the substrate through the thermal plugs.
