A system and a method for providing interactive data broadcasting services are provided to offer integrated services including development of data broadcasting systems and solutions, and development of business models, which are required for data broadcasting service. A system for providing interactive data broadcasting services includes a data management system(210), a programming system(220), a transmission system(230), an operating system(240), and a return system(250). The data management system collects and stores broadcasting service applications and real-time data of data broadcasting providers. The programming system programs controls and transmits the data. The transmission system processes the data into object carousel and transmits the object carousel to platform providers. The operating system automatically or manually transmits update information including real-time data and interactive data. The return system collects and processes viewer's return data.
