A display device is provided to suppress the generation of a parasitic capacitance due to overlap of lines by connecting a gate electrode of a switching element with a first scan line without overlapping with a second scan line. A first data line(DL1) and a second data line(DL2) are arranged in one direction. A first scan line(SL1) and a second scan line(SL2) cross the first data line and the second data line. A first pixel(PXL1) is positioned between the first scan line and the second scan line and is connected with the first scan line and the first data line. A second pixel(PXL2) is positioned between the first scan line and the second scan line and is connected with the second scan line and the second data line.
