A developing cartridge of an image forming apparatus is provided to easily set and separate the developing cartridge in and from the image forming apparatus using a handle having a variable length. A developing cartridge(300) of an image forming apparatus includes a casing(360), a handle(400), and a connector. The casing is detachably attached to the main body of the image forming apparatus. The handle includes a grip(450) which is attached to one side of the casing. The connector connects the casing with the handle. The length of the connector is variable. The connector includes a bar(410) extended to the casing, and an extended part movable between a position at the bar and a position outside the bar.
