A power distribution box for a vehicle is provided to secure stability and rapidly assemble the wire ring by fixing the terminal bolt at the body. A power distribution box for a vehicle comprises a body(100) installed with an insertion hole(110) on the upper surface; a terminal bolt(200) having an insertion part(210) inserted and kept in the insertion hole, an upper combining part(230) mounted on the upper surface of the insertion part, and a lower combining part(240) formed on the lower surface of the insertion part and projected to the outside of the lower side of the body; and a nut fixed at the body of the terminal bolt. A predetermined supporting protrusion(210a) is installed at the perimeter of the insertion part of the terminal bolt. An end protrusion(110a) is mounted with the supporting protrusion in the insertion hole of the body, and the nut is combined with the lower combining part.
