PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize illegal use by a third person while transferring information for correcting the failure of this system, in a system for changing the content of operation through communication. SOLUTION: When starting the rewrite of information showing the operation content of this system, any function unnecessary for receiving information showing new operation content is stopped by establishing communication with a server first (S13). Afterwards, when receiving information showing new operation content by establishing communication with the server (S15), the operation content is rewritten with the new operation content (S17), and the operation is started with the rewritten new operation content.
