PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease composition for a constant-velocity joint which excels in flaking resistance, seizing resistance, abrasion resistance, low vibration characteristics and the compatibility with a boot material even without using a lead substance and can sufficiently maintain their properties over a long period. SOLUTION: The grease composition for a constant-velocity joint contains a naphthenic mineral oil, a thickener, and an organomolybdenum compound, and the content of the naphthenic mineral oil is 3-40 mass% based on the total amount of the composition.
