PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a rigid polyurethane foam panel which keeps high uniformity and uses a flexible surface material so that the creases of the surface material may not generate at the end. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a rigid polyurethane foam panel comprises a process for feeding a lower surface material 21, a mold placement process for placing a mold 16 to form a molding space, a stock solution feeding process for feeding a foaming stock solution composition 26 from a nozzle 13, an upper surface material feeding process for feeding an upper surface material 20, a foaming process for foaming/curing the foaming stock solution composition to make a rigid polyurethane foam 27 of a desired shape under pressing in the molding space closed by the upper surface material, and a demolding process for releasing the pressing and removing a mold to make a rigid polyurethane foam panel, wherein the stock solution feeding process comprises moving the nozzle 13 in a length direction linearly to feed the foaming stock solution composition, and a cutting process for forming a slit 22 in the length direction of the mold contact part of the upper surface material 20.
