<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new ethylenically unsaturated group-containing isocyanate compound, to provide a method for producing the same, to provide a reactive monomer obtained from the isocyanate compound, and to provide a reactive polymer and applications thereof, respectively. <P>SOLUTION: The new ethylenically unsaturated group-containing isocyanate compound is represented by the formula(I)( wherein, R<SP>1</SP>is a 1-10C straight-chain or branched saturated aliphatic group; R<SP>2</SP>is H or methyl; R<SP>3</SP>is a 0-5C straight-chain or branched alkylene group; and R<SP>4</SP>is H, a 1-6C straight-chain or branched alkyl or aryl ). The reactive monomer is obtained by reaction of the above isocyanate compound with an active hydrogen-bearing functional group-bound compound.
