<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an induction heating cooking device capable of obtaining the emissivity of an object to be heated at low costs, and detecting the contamination of the light reception section of an infrared sensor for reporting. <P>SOLUTION: The induction heating cooking device comprises the infrared sensor for detecting infrared rays radiated from the object to be heated; a heat-sensitive element thermally in contact with the object to be heated; an estimation means for estimating the emissivity of infrared rays radiated from the object to be heated according to the amount of infrared rays detected by the infrared sensor and temperature detected by a thermal element; and a radiation temperature calculation means for calculating the radiation temperature of the object to be heated from the emissivity of the object to be heated estimated by the estimation means and the amount of infrared rays detected by the infrared sensor. When the detection temperature by the thermal element becomes a prescribed temperature difference or higher at least for prescribed time to the radiation temperature calculated from the amount of infrared rays detected by the infrared sensor and the emissivity of the object to be heated, the temperature of the object to be heated is set to detection temperature by the thermal element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
