<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive data or a command to be next processed from the outside without waiting that communication processing between a data processor and an interface controller is completed. <P>SOLUTION: This memory card 1 has: an external interface terminal 3; an interface controller 4 connected to the external interface terminal; a rewritable non-volatile memory 5 connected to the interface controller; and a data processor 6 connected to the interface controller. The interface controller transfers a data-processing command supplied from the outside to the data processor and makes the data processor operate, and can simultaneously perform operation based on another command supplied from the outside. The interface controller has a plurality of buffers, completes input of the data-processing command to a first buffer 11 among the plurality of buffers from the outside, and thereafter, allows input of data related to the other command supplied form the outside to a second buffer 12 among the plurality of buffers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
