PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic structure comprising quenching protection and effective disturbance compensation. SOLUTION: One or more zones (P<SB>A1-A2</SB>, P<SB>A2-A3</SB>, and P<SB>A3-A4</SB>) are specified inside a current path. Two or more electrical connection points (A1, A2, A3, and A4) are arranged on this current path. A magnetic structure comprises one or more resistor elements (W<SB>A1-A2</SB>, W<SB>A2-A3</SB>, and W<SB>A3-A4</SB>), having a resistance value of 0 ohm or more and two or more electrical contact points (K1, K2, K3, and K4). The electrical contact points (K1, K2, K3, and K4) are arranged between the resistor element and two or more electrical connection points (A1, A2, A3, and A4). The magnetic structure, in the superconducting state of a magnetic coil device, has a configuration, where the one or more electric contact points (K1, K2, K3, and K4) are openable between the one or more electrical connection points (A1, A2, A3, and A4), and the one or more resistor elements.
