摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerostatic gas journal bearing spindle device equipped with a rotary shaft having a thrust bearing part made of a light alloy and a journal bearing part made of a ferrous alloy, capable of reducing the manufacturing cost and securing enough inner diameter without increasing the outer diameter of the rotary shaft. SOLUTION: The aerostatic gas journal bearing spindle device 1 is equipped with the rotary shaft 10 and a housing 20 surrounding the rotary shaft 10. The rotary shaft 10 includes the columnar journal bearing part 11 and a disk-like thrust plate 12 connected to an end face of the journal bearing part 11. The journal bearing part 11 is made of a ferrous alloy and the thrust plate part 12 is made of a light alloy.
