PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise filter with excellent thermal conductivity for radiating heat accumulated in filter promptly and reducing generated noises effectively. SOLUTION: In the noise filter 1, electrode plates 12A, 12B are formed through an insulating layer on both faces of a carbonaceous board 10 functioning as a ground terminal. A through hole 13 is formed in the carbonaceous board 10. A coil member 14 is embedded in the through hole 13 and the electrode plates 12A, 12B of both the faces are connected thereto. The coil member 14 and an inner circumferential face 131 of the through hole are insulated. In parallel with the coil member 14, a capacitor is formed from the electrode plates 12A, 12B and the carbonaceous board 10 and from the coil member 14 and the carbonaceous board 10 so that an equivalent circuit ofπtype filter is constituted, wherein ferroelectric ceramic material is contained in the insulating layer.
