PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a video image by smoothly and automatically switch a channel even when moving to another broadcasting area during receiving digital broadcasting on a vehicle. SOLUTION: An on-vehicle digital broadcasting receiver provided with a plurality of receiving units stores a channel list corresponding to broadcasting areas, and sets a channel and a receiving hierarchy (12 segments, one segment) received by the receiving unit according to a position within the broadcasting area at a present position using the channel list. Moreover, the receiver sets a composing ratio of signals output from the plurality of receiving units according to the present position, or selects and outputs one of the signals.
