PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a dial knob at a prescribed position with good appearance even if a rotary contact element is arranged at a position deviated from central axis of rotation of the dial knob. SOLUTION: Rotation center of a dial-knob 2 and a rotation-type contact element 7 are arranged so as to deviate from each other. On the transmission structure composed of a screw 3 and a rotation body 4, even if rotation center of the rotation body 4 is still deviated from a rotation axis 7a of the rotation-type contact element 7 by "a", the deviation of the axis is eliminated by an absorbing rotation body 5 which slides against the rotation body 4 and the rotation-type contact element 7.
