PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide mechanism in lift for a retractable receiving block capable of smoothly sliding the receiving block side even when the load acting on a slide rail through a sliding member is one-sided. SOLUTION: In the slide mechanism of the retractable receiving block lift, a deck is provided with the receiving block liftably by a lifting means via a link mechanism, and the link mechanism and the receiving block 5 side including the lifting means are constituted slidably along the slide rail 12 through a slide member 3 between a storing position under the deck and a work position at the back of the deck. The slide member 3 is provided with a slide pad 32 which is pressed to the side part of the slide rail 12 by a pressing member 37 through an elastic body 35.
