PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof structure of an exterior wall joint part having a secondary sealing function of high reliability without needing to consider the degradation of sealing performance caused by material degradation. SOLUTION: The waterproof structure of a vertical joint part 12 formed between adjacent exterior wall panels 11 has a venting layer 16 at the back faces of the exterior wall panels, wherein the venting layer 16 is in communication with outside air, airtight to the indoor side and equal in pressure to the outside air. The waterproof structure is provided with a water conveying groove 13 extending over the whole length of the joint part, at the indoor side end of the end face 11a of the exterior wall panel abutting on the vertical joint part 12 having a primary sealing joint filler 14, and a water receiving member 15 at the lower part of the water conveying groove 13.
