PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for the grain side treatment of the flesh side of a pigskin, that is a treatment of the flesh side of a pigskin for producing a front leather having no shaggy, which capable of utilizing the texture of the pigskin at a low cost, and to provide a pigskin in which the flesh side is treated by grain side produced by the method. SOLUTION: The method for grain side treatment of flesh side of pigskin comprises performing a depilation treatment of untreated hide, applying binder solution to the flesh side of pigskin after tanning process, and subsequently, heating and pressuring the flesh side in which the binder solution is applied, and the pigskin, in which the flesh side is treated by grain side, is produced by the method.
