PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode guide A for small-hole electric discharge machining having a long product service life. SOLUTION: This electrode guide A comprises: a guide body 4 provided with an electrode guide hole 3 formed by diamond to guide an electric discharge end part of an inserted machining electrode 1 to a machining position of a workpiece 2; and a protective body 5 arranged on the workpiece 2 side by the guide body 4 to prevent consumption of the guide body 4. By forming the guide body 4 by the diamond having higher hardness than that of ceramics, wear of the machining electrode 1 due to the guide can be reduced.
