Tool box has housing (20) which has an area (22) for taking up tools. An inclined surface, a block (251), an engaging device are also provided on it. A cover (30), has an inclined surface to bring in contact with the inclined surface of the housing in a display position of the toolbox, a buckle to bring in contact with the block of the housing in the closed position of the toolbox and an engaging device. One rib is provided at the inclined surface of the cover and two retention devices formed at the rib, which are provided to bring in contact with the retention devices of the housing when the rib is within the groove in the displace position. A flexible band (40) is provided for tiltable connecting the housing with the cover.
