<p>A bronze low-lead alloy that is first improved in the tensile strength at high temperatures, secondly contributes toward promotion of environmental protection, such as recycling, while avoiding any adverse effects on human body through lead reduction, and furthermore excels in mass productivity and cost. It is also intended to ensure the soundness of castings. There is provided a bronze low-lead alloy improved in the tensile strength at high temperatures, comprising, by mass ratio, 2.0 to 6.0% Sn, 3.0 to 10.0% Zn, 0.1 to 3.0% Bi, over 0.1 to 0.6% P and the balance Cu and unavoidable impurities.</p> |
