A fan for discharging cold air of a refrigerator is provided to smoothly discharge cold discharged air in a cavity and improve balanced temperature distribution in the cavity by using a blade fan placed at an outlet of a refrigerator. A fan for discharging cold air of a refrigerator comprises a blade fan having a cylindrical fan body and plural blades horizontally mounted with the longitudinal direction of the fan body. Cold air of the refrigerator is discharged to the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the blade by rotating on the longitudinal shaft of the fan body. A trapezoid-shaped bell mouse is mounted between the blade fan and the evaporator to pass the air discharged from the blade fan through the bell mouse and then through the evaporator to be discharged in the cavity.
