MANUFACTURABLE AND INSPECTABLE COOLING MICROCIRCUITS FOR BLADE-OUTER-AIR-SEALS

A manufacturable and inspectable cooling micro circuit for a blade-outer-air-seal is provided to easily manufacture the blade-outer-air-seal and the cooling micro circuit. A method or manufacturing a cooling micro circuit comprises a step of forming a first section(70) of a blade-outer-air-seal having a first exposure inner wall(74); a step of forming a second section(72) of the blade-outer-air-seal having a second exposure inner wall(76); and a step of forming at least one cooling micro circuit(50) on at least one of the first exposure inner wall and the second exposure inner wall. The first section and the second section are formed through casting.
