An integrated rotation CAM-bush for antenna position adjustment and a processing method thereof, and an antenna for position adjustment are provided to remove a connection process of a rotation CAM and a CAM bush, by integrating the rotation cam and the cam bush in a body. A rotation cam and a bush cam are required in position adjustment of an antenna, and are main components of an antenna hinge part connected to an antenna load part. The rotation cam and the bush cam are integrated by MIM(Metal Injection Molding). In a processing method of a rotation cam-bush(210), the rotation cam-bush is processed in a body without processing the rotation cam and the cam bush individually.
