<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device where color irregularity is reduced and degrading of an yield caused by the dimensional precision and positional precision of a lens and a color conversion member is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: The device is provided with a mounting board 20 being a base member to which an LED chip 10 is mounted, a frame-state reflector 40 reflecting light radiated from the LED chip 10, a sealing part 50 composed of sealing resin charged to the inside of the reflector and sealing the LED chip 10, a lens 60 whose light incident plane 60a is formed to be in the state of a plane, whose light outgoing plane 60b is formed to be in the state of a projecting curved surface and which is arranged overlapped on the sealing part 50, and a dome-shaped color conversion member 70 which is a molded good obtained by molding a phosphor radiating light of a color different from that of the light-emitting color of the LED chip 10 when excited by light radiated from the LED chip 10 with transparent material and which is arranged on the side of the light outgoing plane 60b of the lens 60 in the form of covering the lens 60 and forming an air layer 80 between itself and the light outgoing plane 60b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
