PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to pick up an image of a scene in a necessary direction with high quality according to occasions without being aware of that. SOLUTION: The image pickup device which picks up images while being carried is provided with: an image pickup means for obtaining imaging video signal; a transmitting/receiving communication means for transmitting the video data imaged by the image pickup means and receiving the data from the communication destination provided with a controller, a monitor part, an operation part, a storage part, and a server; and a control unit having a display means for displaying the data received from the communication destination.
