PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary weighing instrument for performing accurate weighing even without opening up space between containers each having a hard flange, by preventing the flanges of the containers from making contact with each other during the weighing. SOLUTION: This rotary weighing instrument is for weighing the containers and/or their contents while rotating a plurality of weighing units 10 mounted with the flanged containers M by a rotating means. Each of the weighing units 10 includes a table 11 to be mounted with the container M, a container holding means 20 for holding the container M on the table 11, and a weigher loaded with the table 11 and the holding means 20. Further, On the outside of the vicinity of the carry-in side of the table 11 where the container M is carried in, each of the weighing units 10 is further equipped with a contact means 15 for making contact with a peripheral surface of the container M on the table 11 to rotate the container M around its vertical axis line Mo.
