PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner, having low-temperature fixing characteristics, stable electrostatic chargeability at a high temperature and high humidity, etc., and to provide a method for manufacturing the same, an electrostatic latent image developer, and an image forming method. SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing toner (a) is 3 to 10 in the amount A of a sulfur compound by XRF measurement, (b) is 0.01 to 3 in the intensity B of a sulfur element by XPS measurement, (c) has one or more heat absorption peaks in a range of 50 to 90°C in DSC measurement and 0.8 to 1.0 in the ratio (Y/X) of the second peak heat value Y to the peak heat value X of first elevating temperature, and (d) is 25 to 100 J/g in X and Y. The method for manufacturing the electrostatic charge image developing toner includes a process of producing a dispersion liquid of the sulfur-containing compound, etc., a process of preparing the dispersion liquid of flocculated particles by agitating and mixing, and a process of integrating the flocculated particles. The electrostatic charge image developer uses the electrostatic charge image developing toner. The image forming method uses the already described electrostatic charge image developing toner as the toner of the developer in the image forming method that includes latent image forming process, process of developing the electrostatic latent image as a toner image by the developer.
