PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively fill a gap between a cover for covering a joint portion of corrosion-protected steel sheet piles and the joint portion itself with a water cutoff material by forming a recessed groove in each joint of the corrosion-protected steel sheet pile, and using the same as a water cutoff material filling hole. SOLUTION: A joint structure 1 functions to protect the joint portion 14 from corroding by covering the joint portion 14 between the corrosion-protected steel sheet piles 31, 32 with the corrosion protective cover 4 so as to retain corrosion protective coats 33 by both ends of the corrosion protective cover 4, and filling the gap between the corrosion protective cover 4 and the joint portion 14 with the water cutoff material 5. Then the recessed groove 21 into which the water cutoff material 5 is filled is formed at the joint 11 at the end of the corrosion-protected steel sheet pile 31, and the water cutoff material 5 is filled in the gap between the joint portion 14 inclusive of the recessed groove 21 and the corrosion protective cover 4.
