PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing inhalation of dust rising when demolishing a building including asbestos. SOLUTION: In demolishing the building and building attached objects comprising asbestos as a component, an emulsion containing an organic material polymer, a starch component aqueous solution, coagulant, or the like is sprayed to the building and solidified.
