PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable sitting from the front by making a chair of a student seat in a seating enabling/disabling structure and remote-operating the same. SOLUTION: In a seat tip-up type chair, the jumped seat is provided with a remote-operated stopper, and the stopper is locked or unlocked to put the seat in the usable state or unusable state. A fulcrum 16 is fixed to the back of a chair seat 15, and the upper end of the stopper 17 is rotatably fitted to the fulcrum 16. The lower end of the stopper 17 is inhibited from descending by a piston 20 of a solenoid 19. The piston 20 is operated to enter and leave by the electric power applied to the solenoid 19.
