PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of easily converting the disposition of a ball storage tank and a ball discharge device according to the structure of a game board. SOLUTION: The pachinko game machine has a ball storage unit 23 disposed on a rear mechanism board 15. The ball storage unit 23 comprises the ball storage tank 34 in which game balls can be stored and the ball discharge device 35 which communicates with the ball storage tank 34 on one side and which can discharge game balls stored in the ball storage tank. The ball storage unit 23 also has a state converting mechanism 36 for converting the state of disposition of the ball storage unit 23, and the state of the ball storage unit can be converted by the state converting mechanism 36 to a first state in which the ball discharge device 35 is disposed on one side of the rear mechanism board 15 or to a second state in which the ball discharge device is disposed on the other side of the rear mechanism board 15.
