An apparatus for manufacturing of a ring plate is provided to embody an automated supply, rough cutting, finish cutting, and pulling out of the ring plate by rotating a stage by 90 degrees sequentially and automatically form the ring plate. In an apparatus for manufacturing of a ring plate, a rectangular parallelepiped type stage(10) rotated by a lower driving unit(11) by 90 degrees includes a jig structure(13) which ascends and descends for attaching/detaching a round shape fixed body to/from a chuck on upper four parts thereof. The chuck installed on each lateral side of the stage is formed to fix an inner circumference of the ring plate by an operation of a first cylinder and closely fix the fixed body and a lateral side of the ring plate by an operation of a second cylinder. A first cutting unit(30) installed on a 90 degrees direction of the stage is formed to roughly cut one lateral side of the ring plate while a rotation bite(31) moves forward and backward by a servo motor(32). A second cutting unit(40) installed on a 180 degrees direction of the stage is formed to finish the roughly cut portion of the ring plate while a rotation bite(41) moves forward and backward by a servo motor. |
