A laser induced thermal imaging apparatus and a method of manufacturing an organic light emitting diode using the same are provided to enhance an attachment property between a substrate and a donor film by using a permanent magnet formed at one surface of the substrate. A substrate(270) is arranged on a substrate stage(230) inside a chamber. A permanent magnet(260) is formed on at least one surface of the substrate. A donor film(280) is positioned on the other side of the substrate. The donor film contains an optical-thermal conversion layer, a transfer layer, and a magnetic material. The donor film is laminated on the substrate. A laser beam is irradiated on the donor film, so that at least a portion of the transfer layer is transferred on the substrate. A magnetic force is generated between the magnetic layer and the permanent magnet. |
