A manufacturable and inspectable micro circuit is provided to allow for ease of internal inspection, prevent plugging, and improve performance by removing leakage passageway. A method for manufacturing a turbine engine component comprises a first step of forming a first half portion(12) of an air foil unit(10) of the turbine engine component; and a second step of forming a first cooling micro circuit(120) having at least one passage on an exposed inner wall surface(20) of the first half portion of the air foil unit. The first half portion is formed through casting, and the second step includes a sub-step of forming the first cooling micro circuit having an inlet and an outlet. |
