An ADC control method is provided to increase an allowable error step by step when a result does not reach a target value after setting an initial value of the allowable error to zero and primarily adjusting an offset and a gain so that an optimum adjustment result can be obtained. An ADC(Analog to Digital Converter) control method comprises the following steps. An initial allowable error is set to adjust an Y/Cb/Cr offset(S101). The offset is adjusted on the basis of the set allowable error(S102~S105). A gain is adjusted on the basis of the set allowable error when the adjusted offset reaches a predefined target value(S106,S107). When an adjustment value of the offset or gain does not reach the predefined target value, the offset and the gain are adjusted by gradually increasing the set allowable error(S108~S111).
