A MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR FIRE FURNACE

Provided is a method for preparing a furnace for manufacturing a pure salt seasoning which can remove harmful materials such as heavy metals and arsenic contained in salt completely by heating. The method comprises the steps of forming a dome-shaped mold having an entrance and a chimney pathway; mixing 80-85 wt% of yellow soil, 2-5 wt% of a bioceramic powder and 10-13 wt% of water to make a clay paste and pasting the clay paste on the external surface of the mold by a thickness of 80-110 cm and naturally curing it for 20-25 days to form a combustion room; and filling a pine tree firewood into the combustion room and firing it together with the mold. Preferably a warmth-keeping layer is formed between the clay layers.
