<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronous control apparatus and a method thereof that suppresses misdetection in detecting a code by controlling synchronization in reception control wireless packet communication so as to excellently receive signals. <P>SOLUTION: Delay waves through a plurality of paths are given to a code correlator 100 of an initial synchronization section 410, a correlator 102 outputs a correlation level value through the code correlator 100, the correlation level value is compared with a threshold value A of a threshold value register 110 and a result of the comparison is given to an address counter 120. The correlation level value is also given to a correlation level holding section 108, which sums the correlation level values obtained by the correlator 102 by a plurality of paths in response to the count of the address counter 120, compares the totalized correlation level with a threshold value B from a threshold register 112 and sets a top timing for receiving the delay waves in response to a result of magnitude judgement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
