<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dietary tastily seasoned dried food for sprinkling over rice reducing the amount ingested of a food material for a principal food and preventing obesity or adult diseases. <P>SOLUTION: The dietary tastily seasoned dried food for sprinkling over the rice comprises an edible colorant for tinting the food material with a color for losing the appetite by addition to the food material for the principal food comprising grains as a principal material. The colorant is a material extracted from blueberries for tinting the food material with a blue color or the colorant is obtained by using a squid ink as the material for tinting the food material black.
