<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid composition in which amino acid deposition is inhibited during its production, storage, or delivery, even when compounded of the amino acid in a high content. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid composition compounded of the amino acid contains a water-soluble hemicellulose.
