<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter which forms a black matrix image, an colored image or the like with high precision by reading image data and carrying out compensation based on the image data, which is low in cost, is excellent in display characteristic and is used for a television, a personal computer, a liquid crystal display (LCD), a plasma addressed liquid crystal (PALC), a plasma display or the like, and also to provide a manufacturing method of the color filter, and a display apparatus using the color filter. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the color filter comprises a pattern detecting process for detecting a colored image pattern and an exposure process. In the exposure process, an exposure position of a photosensitive layer is controlled, based on positional information of the pattern detected at the pattern detecting process. Light emitted from a light irradiation means to the photosensitive layer is modulated by a light modulation means corresponding to pattern information while moving at least either the photosensitive layer, or an exposure head equipped with at least the light irradiation means and the light modulation means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
