<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately control a hydraulic actuator (4) using a servo valve (16), suppress the increase of equipment costs and avoid such a trouble that the hydraulic actuators (3, 4) cannot be controlled, in a hydraulic control device (10) and an injection molding machine (1). <P>SOLUTION: The hydraulic control device (10) is configured such that a main controller (11) and a pressure/flow control valve (14) are connected via a proportional valve driver (13), and the oil in a pump (2) is controlled by means of the pressure/flow control valve (14) and is supplied to the hydraulic actuators (3, 4). A servo valve (16) is connected to the hydraulic actuators (3, 4), and a servo valve controller (12) is connected between the main controller (11) and the proportional valve driver (13). A first signal transmitting path (P1) for transmitting the output of the main controller (11) from the servo valve controller (12) to the servo valve (16) is switched over to a second signal transmitting path (P2) for transmitting the output of the main controller (11) from the servo valve controller (12) to the pressure/flow control valve (14) via the proportional valve driver (13). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
