<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin pipe joint structure having reasonable construction hardly causing separation or cracking of a welded portion if a flow path block and a tube have mutually different materials when adopting a welding type joint structure, while accordingly improving reliability on strength and leakage with less degradation of strength. <P>SOLUTION: In the resin tube joint structure, a PFA tube T1 is internally fitted and connected to a PTFE flow path block B1 in communication therewith and the end face of the flow path block B1 at a fitted portion 3 and the outer peripheral face of the tube T1 are integrally fillet-welded all over the peripheries. In the flow path block B1 at the fitted portion 3, an annular groove 7 is formed which is recessed therein in the radial direction. In the state that the tube T1 and the flow path block B1 are fitted to each other, an annular protrusion 8 being fitted to the annular groove 7 is formed of the same material as that of the tube T1 and integrally welded to the tube T1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
