<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable materials to which live cells in a living state are attached, and which have different sizes and shapes so as to be easily attached and detached, and to enable a monoaxial spreading stimulation to be two-dimensionally or three-dimensionally added to the material. <P>SOLUTION: The device enables a sample to be easily attached and detached by separating a clamp part so as to be independent by using [2]. The sample is put on [5] to insert the two-dimensional or three-dimensional sample, and fixed by [4] and [3]. At the time, the freedom of the [4] is enlarged to enable a sample having different size and shape to be nipped.
