<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell with large euphotic area which can arrange an euphotic face of photoelectric device layer in three dimensions with respect to an incident direction of light, by forming a photoelectric element (power generation region) consisting of a first electrode layer, photoelectric device layer, and second electrode in an internal surface of cylindrical substrate having translucency and insulation. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell comprises the cylindrical substrate having translucency and insulation, and the photoelectric element formed in an internal surface of the cylindrical substrate. The photoelectric element consists of the first electrode layer laminated in the internal surface of cylindrical substrate, a second electrode layer laminated on the first electrode layer, and a photoelectric device layer 13 locating between the first and second electrodes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
